At La Curandera / Salsa Curandera, we take great care to make sure your jars arrive in perfect condition.
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered. However, if your Salsa Macha arrives broken due to an issue with our packaging, we’ve got you covered.
- Broken or Damaged Jars
If your Salsa Macha arrives broken due to an issue with our packaging, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please send your message to:

Include the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged jar(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once we receive and review your message, we will ship you a replacement jar of the same size you originally ordered, at no extra cost.
- Replacement Conditions
Replacements may be approved when:
- The jar arrived broken or damaged
- The damage appears to be related to packaging or shipping
- The issue is reported within 30 days of receiving the order
- Clear photos are provided
- No Returns on Food Products
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of food products, including opened, unopened, used, or delivered jars.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you received the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please contact us at info@salsacurandera.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of what you received.
We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
- Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly and also let us know so we can review the situation.
- Refunds
Our standard policy is to provide replacements for eligible damaged jars rather than refunds.
Refunds, if any, are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
