Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not usually processed on weekends or holidays. During busy seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, package dimensions, and available carrier services.
The shipping cost shown at checkout must be paid by the customer unless a promotion or coupon specifically states otherwise.
- Shipping Carriers
We use Envia.com to connect with available shipping carriers.
Depending on availability, destination, package size, package weight, and service selected at checkout, orders may be shipped through carriers such as:

- USPS
- DHL Express
- FedEx
Available services and delivery estimates may vary by location.
- Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier at checkout. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

- Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information by email.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the label has been created.
- Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

- Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other carrier-related issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
- Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

- Damaged Packages
If your Salsa Macha arrives broken due to an issue with our packaging, please review our Return & Replacement Policy.
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged jar(s), shipping box, and packaging.
- Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale orders may have different shipping costs due to larger package weight and box dimensions.
Shipping for wholesale boxes is calculated using the full shipping box weight and dimensions.
